Private rooms. Clear access.

You sign in with your own email and password. Creating an account does not unlock paid rooms. Management must verify payment or authorized complimentary access and approve your membership. Access is checked by the database for every message read and post, including direct requests outside the room list.

Higher Corvette tiers include the lower tier rooms described above. Baddies and Media rooms require separate program approval at every tier. Leadership titles alone do not grant administrator access. Authorized administrators can access and moderate all rooms.

Basic members cannot post in general or chapter rooms. Announcements are read only for members. Pending, expired or suspended memberships do not retain their paid room access. Approved paid access is linked to the member’s matching Stripe receipt and current paid period. Failed billing, cancellation, refunds or disputes can restrict access automatically. Complimentary team access is separately approved and time limited.

Rooms are private to eligible members and authorized management, not private messages or end-to-end encrypted chats. Do not post confidential information or assume other members cannot copy what you share.

Memberships & separate programs.

Core Corvette memberships have a 12-month commitment. Monthly dues bill automatically after separate authorization. The initial commitment is 12 months; billing then continues monthly until canceled without a new fixed term. Annual prepayment has a 10% discount and does not renew automatically. A $9.99 initial application fee applies. If an application is denied after payment, the membership portion is refunded and the application fee is retained.

Early cancellation fees in the table are additional to unpaid remaining dues in the core 12-month term. Paid or credited dues are not charged twice. Example: Basic cancellation after three paid months leaves $135 in dues plus the $30 fee, totaling $165. Annual prepayment has no unpaid term balance, but the cancellation fee still applies.

Media Team: $150 paid upfront for one year plus the $9.99 initial application fee ($159.99 initially). Instagram, portfolio/reel links, experience and a content sample are required for qualification review. A core Corvette membership is not required. Approved, verified Media access opens the Media room and read-only announcements; it does not grant paid Corvette tiers.

Baddies add-on: $5/month or $54/year, saving $6 annually. Requires an active Corvette membership and separate approval. Existing members pay no second application fee. It adds Baddies room access while preserving the current Corvette tier. Removing the add-on does not cancel the core membership or trigger its cancellation fee.

Leadership and volunteer applications are free. Core cancellation fees and unpaid core installment obligations do not apply to the separate Media or Baddies programs.

Application review generally takes 7–10 business days, sometimes sooner. There is no guaranteed approval. Program access lasts only through the approved paid-through date.

Cancel future billing in Stripe, effective at paid-period end. After the initial 12-month core term there is no early-cancellation fee. During that term, remaining dues and fees are reviewed separately, not automatically charged by cancellation. Monthly Baddies is $5 until canceled, independent of core dues and with no cancellation fee. Annual and Media payments do not renew automatically. Approved annual core cancellation refunds unused full months at the annual price divided by 12, less the tier cancellation fee during the initial term. The $9.99 initial fee and current partial month are retained. No unpaid term balance is added to a fully prepaid annual year. Media refunds unused full months at $12.50; annual Baddies refunds unused full months at $4.50, without a core cancellation fee. Monthly paid periods are not prorated. Management aims to initiate approved refunds within 5 business days, to the original payment method; provider posting times vary.

Keep the community strong.

Respect members, staff and partners. No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, scams, spam or sharing another person's private details. Do not repost private room conversations or member photos without permission. Follow event instructions and applicable road rules; the Garage is not a place to organize dangerous or unlawful driving.

Management can remove posts and restrict access when reviewing safety or conduct concerns. Contact management about a post, account concern or moderation review. Management may warn, remove content, suspend access or terminate participation for serious or repeated violations. Credible safety concerns may require immediate restriction. Appeal to management within 14 days; management aims to respond within 10 business days and explains the decision where safety and privacy allow. Billing and any refund are reviewed separately; removal does not automatically forfeit all prepaid dues. These rules do not restrict reporting safety concerns or unlawful activity, seeking advice or cooperating with authorities.

Your profile & privacy.

We collect your account email, submitted profile and car details, uploaded photos, messages, membership/program records and requests to operate the Garage, review access and respond to you. Email verification and password reset messages are account-related messages.

Your directory profile appears only after your sharing consent and management approval, and is visible to eligible members. Your email and internal membership review notes are not displayed in the directory. Profile edits return it to review. Photos use access-controlled storage and temporary links; authorized recipients may still save a copy.

Authorized management can review member records and moderate messages. The Garage uses Supabase for account/data services and Vercel for hosting. Do not upload payment card details or sensitive identity documents here. Marketing email and text updates are separate from account access and are not currently enabled.

For access, correction, deletion or consent questions, contact management. Management aims to acknowledge privacy requests within 5 business days and respond within 30 days. Payment, dispute, safety and other required records may need restricted retention; management will explain an exception. This notice does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule.

Email, text or both.

Sign in and open Email / Text Options to choose optional Garage news and event updates. Email and text require separate consent, are off by default and may both be turned off by saving Neither. These choices do not change paid access. Account verification, password reset, billing receipts and request confirmations are operational messages and are handled separately.

The email sender is connected. Optional announcements are managed separately; selecting a channel does not itself schedule or send a campaign. Text choices and the supplied U.S. mobile number are saved, but live text delivery is pending provider activation. Public event-list requests remain separate and have their own private preference links. You do not need to buy anything to choose updates.

Phone numbers and preferences are private to the account owner through the member interface, with restricted operational administration and a record of consent changes. Contact info.htxcorvettes@gmail.com for correction or removal help.

Private rooms and screen capture.

Room access is checked by the database. The room view also displays the viewer’s name and a short viewer reference, and hides the conversation when the page is moved to the background until the viewer chooses to show it. Normal browser print output omits conversations. These are privacy deterrents, not screenshot prevention or detection. Browsers cannot reliably stop device screenshots, screen recordings, copying through developer tools or a camera photograph. Watermarks can be cropped or altered and are not conclusive evidence of who shared an image.

Do not share private conversations or another member’s information without permission. This does not restrict reporting safety concerns or unlawful activity, seeking advice or cooperating with authorities.
